Wes is Codex Techworks' resident sartorialist, Wait! Wait! Don't Tell Me! champion, and Volvo loyalist. He spends more time than is probably normal studying Eastern history and philosophy, and approaches each moment with an infectious Life is Good attitude.Wes is the company's founder and passionate technical architect. Lauded as one of the industry's most technically adept and knowledgeable partners, Wes cut his information technology teeth a decade ago as the Director of IT with a regional retail chain.Holding a BS in Information Technology from Ohio Dominican University, Wes loves his television-free life, enjoys the occasional weekend at his family's cozy Lake Erie escape, and adores his two brilliant children, who fill his home with light and laughter.

Lucky for Codex Techworks, Juan Jimenez found his way to our Columbus headquarters from his birthplace in Medellin, Colombia, summoning legions of devoted fans along the way. A decorated marathon runner, Juan volunteers at Nationwide Children’s hospital and is adored by kids and parents alike.Juan has provided integral strength to Codex Techworks since its inception, with unparalleled knowledge of industry trends, best practice and ethics. After a stint with New York’'s Ambient Group and then as an IT leader with Cardinal Health, Juan is a technical consultant to be reckoned with.Owner of a BS in Information Systems from Northland College in Ashland, Wisconsin, Juan lives the good life in Grandview, Ohio, and has even been known to close a business deal or two at his favorite local Irish Pub.

Jen Kearney’'s got skills. She can teach second graders the Socratic Method, then turn right around and talk Web 2.0 with a CEO. She’'s a master at crafting almost anything from next to nothing. Kind of like MacGyver in vintage boots and lipstick.Jen is Codex Techworks'’ center of gravity. Her background includes teaching, writing, human factors research, brand development, and design. Jen’'s diversity in experience and perspective is unmatched, providing a wide angle from which to execute strategy & develop the business. An alumna of John Carroll University in Cleveland, she holds a Master’s degree in Literacy, as well as a BS from Urbana University. She shares her Grandview, Ohio home with her precocious young son, who has inherited her love of Smartwool socks and her natural tenacity.

A gifted actress and singer, she has appeared in several acclaimed local indie productions, including The Rocky Horror Picture Show.In her role at Codex Techworks, Danielle oversees all administrative, financial and logistic processes. You need something? Danielle will getit done.Danielle has a BA in Communication and Business from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She loves her near-everything Short North digs, where her fat cat, Fatty, graciously allows her to stay.

She's the one with the cozy kitchen keeping your plate full during that big college football game. With nearly a decade in the pharmaceutical industry and a bevy of awards under her belt, Ashley finally found her home with Optometry. While a rep for Alcon, she become well loved for knowing exactly what her clients needed well before they even thought of it. Like a 6th sense, that girl. Raised in Meridian, Mississippi, Ashley graced the campus of Mississippi State University, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Public Relations along the way. Ashley lives in Birmingham, Alabama where her husband and three dogs (3!) gladly make a little room for her.
